1. Who we are

The GTA Night event and this website are organized by the GTA Nightorganizers ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

When you register for the event, you give us:

• your name;
• your e-mail address;
• your phone number;
• your Instagram handle;
• the character you pick during registration;
• the date and time you gave your consent.

As you use the site we also store your mission choice and its entry QR code, and a log of the e-mails we sent you. If you join our updates list, we keep the e-mail you submit for that purpose.

The site uses essential cookies needed to keep you signed in to your mission/session and to run the organizer tools. With your consent, we also use Google Tag Manager to load analytics that help us understand how the site is used and measure our marketing. These analytics cookies load only after you acceptthem in the cookie banner — until then they stay off (Google Consent Mode). 3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To organize your entry — register you, run the mission flow, issue your entry QR, and share event details (including the location) with you directly. Basis: performance of our agreement with you (your registration / entry).
• To contact you about the event and (if you opted in) to send updates. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To run and secure the event — door check-in and fraud prevention. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, private event, and any applicable legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the event, under contract and only as needed:

• hosting and database providers that store the site's data;
• our e-mail provider, to deliver your entry pass and notices;
• the event organizers, who receive a registration notification (may include your name, contact details and Instagram) to prepare your entry and reach out to you;
• our analytics provider (Google, via Google Tag Manager) — only if you accept analytics cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your registration and order data for as long as needed to run the event and meet our legal obligations, and no longer than [TO CONFIRM — e.g. 12 months] after the event, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Updates-list e-mails are kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to certain uses, and withdraw any consent at any time. To do so, contact info@saura.agency.

7. Age

GTA Night is a 21+ event. The site and registration are intended for adults only; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
